What Is The Easiest Way To Book?

The easiest way to book an appointment with me is to schedule your appointment via WhatsApp at 072 11 27 629 and by selecting your desired treatment.

We advise scheduling your appointment at least 2 days in advance. I will try my best to accommodate all appointment requests. Please note, I’m a one-woman show, so I can’t take phone calls for appointments. Instead, I utilize WhatsApp for communication.
Once I have received proof of payment, you'll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp. 

How Does Payment Work?

So, you will receive an invoice via WhatsApp of the total cost of treatment.
Pay as follows:
Pre-payment: Pay a 50% deposit to book your appointment. 
The price of the call out fee will be added depending on your location.
The call-out fee is R200 within a 50km travelling radius.
This payment is non-refundable.

Final Payment: This payment will be made at your location.

Payment Options: Payments may be done via EFT, Credit/Debit Card as well as cash.

What Is Your Cancellation / No-Show Policy?

Cancellation: A 24 hours' notice is required to avoid our late-cancellation fee, which is the 50% deposit and call-out fee of your scheduled booking.
Unforeseen events like car problems or illness are valid reasons to cancel an appointment. However, please WhatsApp me if you cannot keep your appointment. To re-schedule, please notify me via WhatsApp.

No-Show: If you cancel on short notice, the treatment price will be due and is non-refundable.

Restriction: As a professional establishment, I reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason.
Inappropriate behaviour and / or solicitation will result in immediate termination of the session and will be charged in full.

Non-Refundable: All service sales, products and gift card sales are FINAL and are non-refundable.

Late Arrival Policy

All scheduled treatment sessions have a specific time schedule, so late arrivals may not receive an extension of their appointment and will be charged in full for their scheduled session.

Who Do You Offer Treatments To?

I specifically specialise in women's health.
I also offer my treatments to infants, children, tweens & teens. Which the parent / guardian of a minor will be required to sign a consent of approval, prior to treatment. 
Infant: access to Reflexology (30% off).
Children & Tweens: aged between 5 - 12 years of age, access to Bodywork Treatments (20% off). 
Teens: aged between 13 - 18 years of age, access to all Treatments (10% off). 

Special Conditions, Health, Allergies & Pregnancy Considerations

Please notify me before scheduling an appointment if you have any health conditions, limitations, physical ailments, cancer, diabetes, receiving treatment, heart problems, high/low blood pressure, blood clots, special physical concerns, allergies (allergies to aromatherapy) or are pregnant. Please list the medications you are currently taking.

Pregnancy: I offer Reflexology to expecting mothers well after the first trimester.

Doctors Note: In serious cases you will be required to present a doctor’s letter confirming that you may have a treatment from me.

I advice please alert me immediately of any discomfort before, during or after on having your treatment.

Mobile Practice & Location 

Understanding the busy lives of my clients, I offer a mobile practice to bring holistic beauty & bodyworks directly to your doorstep. Whether at home or at the office, my services come to you, ensuring convenience and comfort while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

How Do I Prepare For A Mobile Session?
Ensure a quiet, comfortable space with enough room for a massage table and for me to move around easily.
I will bring all necessary equipment. Please note that some treatments may require the use of electricity. Please provide with needed plug point for equipment that will be used. 
If you'd like your treatment done outside, please choose a shaded area, all day round (sunshine is not recommended).

Where Are You Located?
I'm located in Clanwilliam, Cederberg region of South Africa. If you are outside these areas, feel free to contact me to discuss possibilities.

What To Expect? 

Upon Arrival: I'll arrive approximately 30 minutes prior, to set up and consultation. Please ensure you are at your dwelling or agreed booking location.
Consultation: The consultation covers any recent injuries, surgeries, health conditions, areas of experienced pain/tension, medications you are currently taking and includes a waiver to sign at the end. This information is confidential and will only be seen by you and me to ensure there are no contra-indications for your treatment.

What Should I Wear During A Session?
Wear comfortable clothing. You will be draped with linens during the massage sessions, ensuring privacy and comfort. Depending on which treatment you've book, we provide you with a body-wrap towel to cover-up. Please keep your underwear on.

After Treatment: We highly recommend that you hydrate after your treatment.

Please follow the recommended care tips, before and after your treatment. Will share a basic guideline for pre & post care to ensure that you receive the best bodywork / treatment experience possible.
